To help you start this process of self-awareness is to start a trading board. Once you start this process you can start to write down anything you would like to change, change it, or just think about it, and start to put the pieces together.
Before you start trading you should take a good look at how you feel about yourself. Do you feel you’re on a “good” path to becoming a better version of yourself? If you answer “no” then you are probably not on a good path to having a good self.
Self-awareness is about being self-aware. To see if you are on a good path or not you have to be self-aware. So start by writing down any thoughts or feelings you might have.
If you think you are not on a good path to becoming a better version of yourself or you feel you are not on a good path to having a good self then you can start to think about this. One of the things I like to do to help myself learn is to practice what I call “the practice of doing”. The reason I call it “the practice of doing” is because I use it as a way of allowing myself to grow instead of just practicing. By practicing I can more easily accept that I am who I am and that I will change for the better, but I also learn to make good choices.
I’ve been using this practice of doing for about a year now. I get to a point where I know what I want and I will execute on it, but my actions are not always the best decisions. I have to make better ones. I have to change. I have to change my mind.
This practice is also known as “being with the person you are right now,” which is a term that’s often used by psychologists and social workers when talking about being with a depressed person. When people are with depressed people they know they are depressed, but they also know that they are not the cause of their depression. They know they can turn around and be the person they were before, but it isn’t always easy.
