I have been on all kinds of panels and trade shows and have been to all kinds of coffee shops and restaurants, all of which have been in a constant state of flux. The people that work there are constantly changing, but they are always the same.
There’s a certain amount of “the same” in the industry. In fact, it is a bit like a pappas trading post, a place that changes its trade shows regularly, but stays the same. This is also the case with pappas, which is the company that owns the coffee shop in which we all work.
The pappas business is a bit like the online world in that certain people have a certain amount of power, and others don’t. Its a case of power dynamics. In the old days, the pappas trade show was the place where you went to meet people to trade your goods. Now it’s the place where you go to meet people to buy your goods.

You don’t want to be the guy with the chain and leather goods, so you go to the pappas trade show and trade with the people who want to get your chain and leather goods. The trade show may also be the place where you go to meet people to buy your goods, but thats a different matter.
The point of pappas is to attract people to your product. We are talking about people who want the power dynamic, but this is a dynamic that will be the same regardless of what you sell. If your store is a chain, sales will be much higher, but if your store is a brick and mortar, sales will be much lower. There’s a big difference in how people will spend their money.
At its heart, pappas is a trade show, but its not just a trade show. It’s also a place where you can meet people who do business with you. If you want to sell leather goods, you might go to a trade show, but if you want your products to be in demand, you might go to a pappas.

I’ve seen it happen, and it’s one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
