The trail itself is rather short. You would think that someone who has been around Red Rocks a long time would be familiar with its layout. Although, Red Rocks have been around as long as the park itself, there are many trails in the area. Some are easy to get lost in, while others are well-mapped and well-marked. One of the trails that I know about is called the “Red Rocks Trail.” It starts off a little bit of a hike from the center of the park, and the trail takes you over to the west side of the park where it connects to the Red Rocks Trail.
The Red Rocks Trail is one of the most-used trails in the park because it is very well-mapped and well-marked. You can’t miss it. I would probably recommend that someone who wants to hit the trails in the park get a GPS or use their own map, but I also understand why someone with a GPS and some skill would be more than happy to hit the trail.
